Recent studies have shown that children in India are sold, starting 24 dollars .
To raise awareness and donation, we launch an effective online PR campaign against child trafficking. We target one of the World's biggest sporting entertainment events - The Indian Premier League. Leading up to the premier league is the IPL Auctions. The top cricketing stars are brought for at least a million dollars.
THE IDEA:
So we rope in the two most important players MS DHONI AND VIRAT KOHLI and request them to post tweets 2 weeks before the IPL Auctions, that would take the event by storm. After generating enough buzz through media, they finally reveal their reasons for their actions.
Result
This would raise enough awareness for the top honchos to take notice and donate. This would also encourage cricketers to donate a part of their base price towards education and development of rescued children.
